After 40 years with Phoenix, as at 1st January 2020 Kevin has Semi-retired!!
Kevin’s ongoing role, alongside Chris, is to remain in contact with all of our customers, ensuring that their requirements are met and enquiries are dealt with efficiently. You can also depend on that personal visit - Kevin's favourite part of woking for Phoenix!
Additionally he will be working with Tracy in the office when required.
In 2003, when Kevin purchased Phoenix outright, he could foresee the need for a lot more travelling to service his customers. He then realised that he required the assistance of a very reliable, customer focused and capable person to run the office.
Kevin, realised that his Daughter Tracy, who had all of these attributes, was the ideal solution to his problem and she accordingly joined Phoenix.
As at 1/1/2020, Tracy was promoted to Chief Executive Officer overseeing all company operations from the office in Parramatta.
Tracy remains the first point of contact for any customer enquiries and will redirect each enquiry to either Chris, Mat or Kevin as required.
Paul joined Phoenix in 1999 where his main roll at that time was to be part of the construction and testing of our new $1M Bandsaw Toothing Line in Sydney. Nowadays, Paul’s responsibilities consist of the ongoing servicing and maintenance of this machine as well as the manufacturing and dispatching of all our bandsaws orders throughout Australia and the Pacific Region.
