In May 2024 both Chris and Tracy, with their partners Ruth and Peter, travelled to the Czech Republic to attend the 90th Anniversary celebration of Pilana Group a.s.

Phoenix has been a distributor of Pilana's products throughout Australia for a number of years and this was a great opportunity to not only visit the factory but also meet the many staff we deal with.

On May 23rd the celebrations began with a tour of the production area, where visitors had the opportunity to look behind the scenes of production and get acquainted with the latest technologies. Of course, there were plenty of festivities, food and drinks along the way.

​

The highlight of the day was a party at the Exhibition Centre in Kroměříž that continued late into the night. Almost 200 guests including employees, customers and business partners from around the world gathered for the celebration. 

​

There were driving simulators, cartoonists, live bands and more food and drinks - it was a great evening and we thank Pilana for their hospitality.
